Delivery Times
All orders are delivered within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US/Canada public holidays.
Processing time (1–2 business days) is included within this window. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. We offer free US/Canada delivery on every order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the US/Canada. If you are outside the US/Canada and would like to place an order, please contact us at Info@primecorner.store and we will do our best to assist you.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Delays
While we always aim to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please get in touch and we will investigate immediately.
